สารแสดงความยินดีจากนายกรัฐมนตรีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีฟินแลนด์ และจากรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศฟินแลนด์ ในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่

ในโอกาสที่รัฐบาลฟินแลนด์ได้แต่งตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ในวันที่ 22 มิถุนายน 2553 นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีในโอกาสดังกล่าวแก่นางมาริ คิวิเนียมิ นายกรัฐมนตรีฟินแลนด์ และนายอเล็กซานเดอร์ สตัปป์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศฟินแลนด์ ดังนี้
