สารแสดงความเสียใจจากนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศต่อกรณีเหตุภัยพิบัติน้ำท่วมในปากีสถาน
เมื่อวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม 2553 นายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความเสียใจไปยังนาย Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani นายกรัฐมนตรีสาธารณรัฐอิสลามปากีสถาน และนาย Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐอิสลามปากีสถาน ต่อกรณีเหตุภัยพิบัติน้ำท่วม บริเวณเขตจังหวัด Khyber — Pakhtoonkhwa ด้านตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือของปากีสถาน ดังนี้

Excellency,
I am deeply distressed to learn of the tragic loss of more than a thousand lives and people reported missing as a result of the worst monsoon rains in memory that struck the north-west region of Pakistan on 1 August 2010.
On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of Thailand, I express my profound condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims. Our prayers and best wishes go to you as well as the bereaved families and friends of those who perished and are still missing due to this natural disaster.

Excellency,
I wish to express my profound sadness at the tragic loss of life and devastation caused by the recent floods which hit the north-west region of Pakistan on 1 August 2010. Natural disasters affect most parts of the world, but the scale of suffering and damage caused by this particular calamity has shocked all of us.
During this time of grief, I wish to extend to you and, through you, my heartfelt condolences and sympathy to those who lost their loved ones. To those who were injured in this catastrophe, I pray for their speedy recovery. I also hope that your Government’s rescue and rehabilitation efforts will rapidly relieve the plight of those affected by the severe floods.
