ในโอกาสที่รัฐบาลโคลัมเบียได้แต่งตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ นายกษิต ภิรมย์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีไปยังนาง Maria Angela Holguin Cuellar รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐโคลัมเบีย ในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่ ดังนี้
