Akira, a young school teacher, falls in love with Yumi, a fourteen-year-old student who has leukemia and who has only six months to live. When Akira learns about the illness from Yumi’s mother, he decides to do whatever he can make her happy and to stand by her till the end…

เป็นเรื่องราวความรักแสนเศร้าอีกเรื่องหนึ่งระหว่างอะกิระครูหนุ่ม กับยูมิเด็กสาววัยสิบสี่ผู้ป่วยเป็นลิวคีเมีย และจะมีชีวิตอยู่ต่อไปอีกเพียง 6 เดือนเท่านั้น เมื่ออะกิระรู้ความจริงข้อนี้จากมารดาของยูมิ เขาก็ตัดสินใจทันทีว่าจะทำทุกอย่างที่จะนำความสุขมาให้เด็กสาว และจะอยู่เคียงข้างเธอจนวินาทีสุดท้าย
Rock Requiem

Shunsuke, Minesa , Tonda and Tomo are classmates in a high school. They are fans of a rock band, Crime , and want to set up a rock band of their own. In order to get money to buy the instruments, they enter an essay competition and win the second prize. They call their band “Midnight Angel” and practice hard. Knowing that their debut will be on the same day as Crime’s, they practice even harder. But tragedy strikes when Minesa is killed in a motorcycle accident on his way to practice. His bandmates dicide to carry on and dedicate their debut concert to Minesa as his memorial. In front of a packed house, and with a picture of Minesa on the stage behind his silent guitar, they play and sing as they have never done before.

ชุนซึเขะ มิเนสะ ทนดะ และโทโม เป็นเพื่อนในโรงเรียนมัธยมปลายเดียวกัน พวกเขาเป็นแฟนของวงดนตรีร็อคที่ชื่อ Crime จึงมีความคิดอยากตั้งวงดนตรีร็อคของตนบ้าง จึงคิดหาเงินค่าเครื่องดนตรีด้วยการส่งเรียงความเข้าประกวด ได้รับรางวัลที่สอง พวกเขาตั้งชื่อวงว่า Midnight Angel และตั้งหน้าตั้งตาซ้อมเพลงกัน อย่างเอาจริงเอาจัง ยิ่งรู้ว่าวันแสดงคอนเสิร์ตจะเป็นวันเดียวกันกับวง Crime ก็ยิ่งฝึกซ้อมหนักยิ่งขึ้น แต่แล้วก็เกิดโศกนาฎกรรมขึ้นจนได้ มิเนสะประสบอุบัติเหตุรถจักรยานยนต์เสียชีวิตขณะเดินทางไปซ้อมดนตรี เพื่อนที่เหลือตัดสินใจแสดงคอนเสิร์ตเพื่อรำลึกถึงมิเนสะผู้จากไป ในวันแสดงคอนเสิร์ต ต่อหน้าผู้ชมที่มากันแน่นโรง และหน้ารูปของมิเนสะกับกีต้าร์ของเขา พวกเขาแสดงกันอย่างสุดฤทธิ์สุดเดช อย่างที่ไม่เคยเป็นมาก่อน
The Pale Hand

On the way to school, Masaru and Takakiyo see a small, pale hand protrudes from the second story of a Western house. Soon, Masaru learns that this hand belongs to a bed-ridden young girl. When he sees how beautiful she is, he burns with a sensation he’d never felt before.

ระหว่างทางไปโรงเรียน มาซารุ และทาคาคิโยะ สังเกตเห็นมือเล็ก ๆ ที่ซีดขาวยื่นออกมานอกหน้าต่างบนชั้นที่สองของบ้านทรงตะวันตกหลังหนึ่ง ไม่ช้ามาซารุก็รู้ว่าเจ้าของมือนั้นคือเด็กสาวที่นอนป่วยอยู่บนเตียงตลอดเวลา เมื่อเขาได้เห็นเธอครั้งแรก เขาก็เกิดความรู้สึกประทับใจในความสวยบอบบางของเด็กสาวอย่างที่ไม่เคยรู้สึกมาก่อน
