กระทรวงการต่างประเทศร่วมกับสถาบันระหว่างประเทศเพื่อการค้าและการพัฒนา (International Institute for Trade and Development - ITD) (องค์การมหาชน) และสำนักงานเลขาธิการการประชุมสหประชาชาติว่าด้วย การค้าและการพัฒนา(United Nations Conference on Trade and Development - UNCTAD) จะจัดแถลงข่าวเพื่อนำเสนอรายงานการลงทุนโลกประจำปี ค.ศ.2004 (World Investment Report Report - WIR 2004) ในวันพุธที่ 22 กันยายน 2547 เวลา 15.00 น. ที่ห้องนราธิป กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ (เปิดให้ลงทะเบียนรับเอกสารเวลา 14.15 น.)
The Ministry of the Foreign Affairs together with the International Institute for Trade and Development (ITD), and UNCTAD will launch the World Investment Report (WIR) 2004 on Wednesday 22 September 2004 at 15.00 hrs.(registration starts at 14.15 hrs.) at Naradhip Auditorium, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Panelists at the press conference will comprise representatives from the Secretariat of UNCTAD, the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, the Board of Investment, and Dr.Manaspas Xuto, Executive Director of the ITD.
