สถาบันวิจัยโอเมก้าเวิลด์คลาสจะจัดการประชุมสัมมนาผู้บริหารเรื่อง 'Discovering & Accelerating Your Leadership Development' Masterclass 201320 และ 27 กันยายน 2556
ผู้นำที่มีประสิทธิผลล้วนมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตน และผู้บริหารทุกคนสามารถมีสไตล์ในการเป็นผู้นำที่ดีในแบบของตนเองได้ หากทำความรู้จักและเข้าใจ ตัวเองได้อย่างถ่องแท้ ผู้นำทุกคนต่างค้นพบแบบฉบับผู้นำที่ดีในแนวทางของตนทั้งสิ้น
หลักสูตร 'Discovering & Acellerating Your Leadership Development' ได้รับการออกแบบเป็นพิเศษเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ท่านค้นพบตัวตนความเป็นผู้นำแบบเฉพาะที่เหมาะกับตนเอง พร้อมทั้งชี้แนวทางเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพสูงสุดของการเป็นผู้นำในสไตล์เฉพาะนั้น
DAY ONE วันที่ 20 กันยายน เรียนรู้ภาพรวมของแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำในสไตล์ที่แตกต่างกันซึ่งนำสู่ผลที่ไม่เหมือนกันโดยเฉพาะภาวะผู้นำทั้ง 4 สไตล์ที่สามารถประเมินถอดลักษณะทางจิตวิทยาให้เห็นได้อย่างชัดเจนเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาถึงขั้นสูงสุด จากนั้นจึงเรียนรู้ภาคแรกของการประเมินทดสอบภาวะและทักษะของความเป็นผู้นำ (WBI Work Behavior Inventory -WBI) บนพื้นฐานของ 5 มิติหลักของบุคลิกภาพมนุษย์แล้วจึงทำแบบประเมินทดสอบทางออน์ไลน์
วิทยากรจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์ในการวิเคราะห์ผลการประเมินสไตล์ผู้นำของแต่ละท่านแล้วจัดทำเป็นรายงานให้ทุกท่านในวันที่ 27 กันยายน
DAY TWO วันที่ 27 กันยายน เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการแปลผลจากการประเมินทดสอบภาวะและทักษะของความเป็นผู้นำ ความหมายในบุคลิกภาพและความเป็นผู้นำแต่ละแบบที่นำสู่ผลที่แตกต่างกัน และร่วมการฝึกหัดการแปลความหมายด้วยตนเอง
จากนั้นจึงเรียนรู้วิธีการเขียนแผนพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำรายบุคคล โดยใช้ผลการประเมินทดสอบที่ได้รับการแปลความหมายมาประยุกต์ในการเขียนแผนดังกล่าว ซึ่งต้องพิจารณาให้สมดุลทั้งจุดแข็ง (asset) และจุดที่ต้องระมัดระวัง (caution) โดยเฉพาะความสามารถด้านที่สำคัญใน Competency Model เช่นบุคลิกด้านที่เสริมประสิทธิผลของการเป็นผู้นำ รวมทั้งฝึกฝนการเขียนแผนพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำให้กับตนเอง
COURSE LEADER: Mr. Sorayuth Vathanavisuth, Principal Consultant Center for Southeast Asia Leadership
Khun Sorayuth has a wide range of experience both in managing business and teaching in academic institutes. His prior experiences include Chief Executive of Thailand Management Association (TMA), Vice President of Electronic Living at Samart Corporation Plc, Country Manager (Thailand) and Regional Director of Househod Division at The Eastman Kodak Company, and Video Display Group Manager at Philips Electronics. Khun Sorayuth has been heavily involved in numbers of vision and strategic formulation programs with various organizations both local and MNC (multi national corporation). Besides his consultancy background, Khun Sorayuth has actively engaged in academic area at College of Management, Mahidol University since 1998. As an Executive Coach, Khun Sorayuth has been providing coaching to senior executives at numbers of leading firm. He writes every other week in his column "Executive Briefcase" of the Bangkok Post where he discusses leadership and management issue with CEO and Chairman of the board of directors. He is also a Certified Administrator of Work Behavior Inventory (WBI) and Coaching Winners! book from AAI (Assessment Associates International), USA.
