กัมพูชาเปิดประมูลจัดซื้อกระดาษพิมพ์

          กระทรวงศึกษาธิการกัมพูชา จะเปิดประมูลจัดซื้อกระดาษพิมพ์จำนวน 1,400 ตัน  เพื่อใช้ในโครงการจัดทำหนังสือแบบเรียนพื้นฐาน  ภายใต้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการเงินจาก ADB ซึ่งมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

          1. The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank ("ADB") towards the cost of Basic Education Textbook Project ("BETP"), and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for supply and delivery of 1,400 MT printing paper in rolls (the "Goods").
          2. The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, receive and executor of the loan, hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser", now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders from member countries of ADB for the supply of the Goods for the purposes of the Project.
          3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on the bid form and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:

          4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the above mentioned address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100.00 US Dollars.
          Upon payment of an additional fee, the documents can be delivered by courier within or outside Asia. The bid documents may also be delivered to an appointed Embassy in Cambodia.
          5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of two per cent (2%) of Total Bid Price, and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders before 1500hrs. on 18th of April, 2001
          6. The Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of Purchaser' s Evaluation Board and any authorized Bidder representatives, who choose to attend on 18th April, 2001 at 1500hrs.
          A written authorization is requested from any bidder who wishes representative to participate in the public bid opening procedure.

          7. The Purchaser will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
          8. Bidders are requested to the total scope of supply.
          9. The bid shall remain valid for a period of seventy-five (75) days counted from the day stipulated in Paragraph 6.
